Standard Rate
The standard day rate for all courses is $350 per person. Courses that are 1-1/2 days are $500 per person. All standard rates include food and beverages for the day as well as any related course materials.
Group Rates
Want to bring a bunch of people? Bring up to 5 people from your institution for only $1,500 per day (or $2,000 for 1-1/2 day courses). Want to fill the room? Send up to 10 people from your institution for only $2,500 per day (or $3,500 for 1-1/2 day courses).
Cancellation Policy
Registered for a course but can’t make it now?
Please keep in mind that capacity in the ETC is purposefully very limited (got to keep that student-to-faculty ratio low). When you reserve a seat, you keep someone else from being able to register — and there is a cost to making sure we’re prepared to host you properly (think food, course materials, etc.)
If an emergency arises and you are no longer able to attend, please contact Brandon Jacobs at 877.715.7474 ext.103 so we can discuss the situation and see what can be done. If you have already paid, we will credit your paid amount toward a future course of your choosing. Sorry, no refunds.
Payment
Payment for each course must be made in full prior to the start of class. As long as you pay ahead of time — or show up that day with a check — you’re all good. Hey, we’ve been there.
Invoices
ETC invoices will be addressed and mailed to the name and address provided by the attendee at the time of registration.
Course Cancellation
TargetX reserves the right to cancel courses for any reason. We sure hope we don’t have to though — and you can bet we’ll do our best to be as fair as possible in that event.
