Training is included and takes place following your SRM “go live” date. We customize training to your needs and execute a series of sessions both on your campus and on site at TargetX.

But we don’t stop there. True success requires an ongoing commitment to training — and we have the perfect venue to deliver exactly what you need.

Our Education & Training Center (ETC) hosts a regular series of SRM courses that gives clients of all skill levels the ability to advance their knowledge.

From “SRM Essentials” to “Advanced Reporting and Dashboards,” our courses are the perfect way to get new hires up to speed and keep your whole office “in the know.”

SRM is a powerful system, and from time to time, that power brings a certain level of complexity.

Not to worry though — TargetX Client Service Advocates are friendly, accessible individuals who come from your world and want to solve your problems. Many clients know our support team by first name (and we think some even have us on speed dial).
