Higher Education Firm TargetX Wins 2012 Informatica ‘Cloudy Award’ as Top OEM Partner
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. — Technology and consulting company TargetX has been honored by data integration leader Informatica Corporation as the top Informatica Cloud ISV/OEM partner in 2012, one of nine “Cloudy Awards” aimed at honoring innovative companies that have achieved exemplary cloud data integration results and performance.
TargetX was the winner in the “Embedded Cloud Integration” category, awarded to the independent software vendor (ISV) or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that “utilized cloud data integration technology to push the bounds of innovation and achieve measurable success,” according to Informatica.
The award was announced at the first annual Informatica Cloud Connect Conference, held recently in San Francisco. Other winners included Qualcomm, Procter & Gamble, Canon, Vodafone, Oppenheimer Funds and RAE Systems.
Informatica Corporation is the world’s number one independent provider of data integration software. This is the second year the company has presented the “Cloudy Awards” as a way of recognizing organizations that have excelled in their fields through the innovative use of Informatica Cloud integration technology.
“The winners of the Informatica Cloudy Awards serve as remarkable examples of companies that are using cloud integration to unlock the value of cloud services to maximize their return on data and increase business results,” said Darren Cunningham, vice president, Informatica Cloud. “We congratulate TargetX on their accomplishments and are honored to have played a part in their success.”
