XpertTip No. 19: Get more out of TargetX

Posted by:

Today I’m writing from the road with a tip for getting the most out of your TargetX products and services.

I’m sitting here at the eduWEB Conference in Baltimore after returning from our inaugural InstituteNEXT in Chicago. While at the Institute, I had an opportunity to catch up with Pete Brown of California Lutheran University — longtime friend of TargetX and one heckuva fun guy (yes, I promised him I would say that). Along the way, Pete and I took a few minutes to chat about California Lutheran’s account, how they are using our tools and what they could be doing better.

My conversations with Pete combined with my hotel stays have me thinking about the role of a concierge. It’s so nice to have someone you can contact for help with navigating unfamiliar territory.

At TargetX, our vision for having a “Client Concierge” is just that. We wanted clients to have someone just for them — to help with anything and everything they may need (uh, when it comes to TargetX at least;)

So take a cue from Pete Brown and let’s talk if you have questions or need some advice. While you can’t always visit my “desk,” feel free to shoot me a draft of an email message or give me a call to discuss your blogs (please allow me a few days with those emails if you could). IM works well for quick questions, too. I’m happy to share anything I’ve read lately or send you some examples that could be helpful.

TargetX offers you great technology but we don’t stop there. I’m here to help you use it better!

Yours from the Client Concierge desk,
Adrienne

PS- If you have an idea for a tip (or would like a shameless plug a la Pete), please share!
